I had such a wonderful time. I was getting married a few days later so my fiance gave me money to get get pampered and I didn't even use it all even though I got a 50 minute massage, a manicure/pedicure AND a facial! I had never had a facial or a massage and I will definitely make those two things part of my routine. The people were really nice, I felt like I already new some of them and everyone was so polite and helpful. I will definitely be going back and I would recommend this to anyone who needs/wants a day of relaxation and me-time.

My massage therapist was great! She was very attentive and made sure to ask what I preferred, etc. I would definitely go back to her again. My massage went by way too fast, and I left relaxed and refreshed.

I usually go to south tampa, but when I found out that Paola was now in westchase I canceled my appt in s. tampa and made one with her in westchase. She is always helpful and I''m always satisfied with everything! Thank you!!

Leila does a fabulous job! You are very lucky to have a nail tech with her talents. If I were you, I would do what I could to keep her--she is one in a million! Honestly, Leila gives me the best pedicures that I have ever had!

Kara is the BEST! Like I have said before, she is professional, yet so easy to talk to. Kara has always done an outstanding job on my lashes (as well as my brazilians). She is just amazing. I enjoy her and will never go to anyone else!

I do not see Leila''s name in the choices. My overall experience was great. The receptionist was wonderful(blond girl -can''t remember her name)-makes you feel welcome and very friendly, and Leila is one of the sweetest people I know and is the best at what she does. My overall experiance was just fine. My appt was at 6:30, I was early (arr at 6) and the reception changed after my arrival and the replacement (I''m bad with names) double checked on me and re-offered a beverage. My appt went ''smoothly'' and I was on my merry way referring my friends to your door. :>)

This was my first visit to the Westchase location. I usually go to South Tampa as it is near my office. It will be hard to choose which location to go to in the future. Both offer great customer service and a relaxing atmosphere.

Very positive experience. This was my 3rd visit to Pia and I have had 3 great pedicures. The reception/appt staff are always very helpful and the nail technician is wonderful. Even the 25 minute pedi was relaxed - I didnt feel rushed. And I love the chairs. I will be back.

Everyone at the salon is very friendly. The salon itself is very clean. I have had a couple of services there and have been pleased with both. I recently received the eyebrow tweezing. They took their time and were very efficent. I will definitely be returning to the soa.

I have been a client of Kara''s for almost two years and she has always gone beyond expectations as far as the quality of her services. While the men''s facial is an excruciating and horrific ordeal that i would only wish upon a select few of my mortal enemies, the anguish and suffering is worth the refreshing feeling of a clear complexion and unclogged pores. Kara''s gentle touch and nurturing disposition is the only thing that gets me through the torture, especially on the end of my nose which contains the most nerve endings per square inch. I will always go to Kara for my facials as long as I am able to endure the pain and remain conscious. Thank you.
